Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Students:

 

Welcome Back Tiger Nation! The administration, faculty, and staff welcome you to Swainsboro High School – Home of the Tigers. We hope everyone has enjoyed a restful, rejuvenating summer and is ready to come back to Swainsboro High School this fall. This summer has been extremely busy; Building improvements, athletic practices, and professional learning have all played a pivotal role in ensuring this school year will continue excellence at Swainsboro High School.

As we approach a new school year, please be reminded of the many opportunities that lie ahead of you this year. We would like to challenge all students to take every opportunity to get involved in your school and take advantage of what is offered. The faculty and staff at SHS will go above and beyond to ensure the best educational experience for all.  All students will be met with high expectations, wonderful experiences for growth, and rigorous activities to ensure all students have a wonderful and meaningful high school experience. 

Please take a moment to get involved in the success of your student by attending open house, meeting our staff, reviewing the student handbook, and being an active participant in your student’s high school journey!

If you have any questions, please feel free to call upon any member of our staff. We want to see each student at Swainsboro High School succeed.
